Complaints

To make a complaint, please follow the instructions below:

2. send the advertised goods together with the completed complaint form OR statement of complaint to the address of the company's commercial office:

The complaint will be considered up to 14 days from the date of filing the complaint about the goods. You will be notified of the appraiser's decision by email or telephone.

Returns

In accordance with the applicable regulations, a customer making a purchase at a distance has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return the goods without giving a reason and incurring costs.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Instructions for returning the goods:

In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by a clear statement within 14 days of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you.

(1) Please complete the return form containing a statement of withdrawal from the contract (downloadable below) and send it to the e-mail address: sklep@kolory-swiatla.pl

(2) You must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which you send your statement of withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods and your intention to return the ordered goods.

(3) The goods should be returned to the address previously agreed with the store staff. After sending the shipment, please send us the shipping number and the name of the shipping company that will deliver the shipment.
