To file a complaint, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download and fill out the complaint form available below.

2. Send us the completed form along with a description of the problem and any photos. Our customer service team will handle your complaint and keep you informed about how to resolve the issue.

Your complaint will be processed within 14 days of the date you submitted it. You will be notified of the expert’s decision via email or phone.

Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, a customer making a distance purchase has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without providing a reason and without incurring any costs.

The deadline for withdrawing from the sales contract expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the shipment containing the goods you ordered. The Customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return Instructions:

To exercise your right to withdraw from the sales contract, you must notify the seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment containing the goods you ordered by means of an unambiguous statement.

2. You must return the goods within 14 days of the date on which you send the statement of withdrawal from the sales contract and your intention to return the ordered goods.

3. The goods must be returned to the address previously agreed upon with the store staff. After shipping the package , please send us the tracking number and the name of the shipping company that will deliver the package.
