How to place an order step by step?
Selected products from our offer, you need to add to ,,basket". If you have already added all the products you are interested in, click "complete order". Then you need to fill in the data for shipping, choose the method of delivery and form of payment. Now all you have to do is press the button , "order and pay" and wait for your package. Note that you can place an order:
- without creating an account
- with creating an account
- or by logging in to your account
How long does the order lead time take?
Order processing time depends on the specific product. We provide an estimated shipping time for each product. Different delivery times are due to different warehouse locations and in some cases the need to manufacture the product. Once the order has been processed, our store's staff sends customers the specified shipping dates. For orders with payment by traditional bank transfer to a bank account, you should add to the delivery time the need to post the transfer. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by email.
Can I place an order by phone?
Of course. Contact us through one of the phone numbers available on the site.
Cancellation of an unpaid order.
You don't have to do anything - your order will be automatically canceled after 3 days.
To cancel a paid order, contact us by phone or email. After we check what stage the order is at, you will receive further information.
How can I use my discount code?
During the ordering process, when you go from , "cart" to , "checkout", enter the discount code in the designated field.

What is the cost of delivery of your order?
Orders with a value of more than 400PLN guarantee free delivery on Polish territory (courier shipping).
The cost of delivery of orders of lesser value within Poland is 15PLN regardless of the form of payment.

In the store you can also purchase products shipped on pallets or longs. Such products may have different delivery values about which you will be informed when placing an order.
In finalizing your order, you can choose from a number of available payment options, depending on your choice of delivery method. These include:
- Card online quick transfers
- online payment / PayPal
- prepayment (traditional transfer)
- payment on delivery (not available in some coutries)
I failed to pay for my order. How can I complete the transaction?
In the email confirming the order you will see the address details and bank account number to which you can transfer the amount due (the exact amount due is also given in the email).
If you still failed to finalize the payment or you want to re-pay electronically then we encourage you to contact us by phone to change the way you pay for your order.
Do you implement international shipping? What are its costs?
We ship orders to countries within the borders of Europe. You can find shipping costs above in section "what is the cost of delivery" or in product card.
The shipping cost is also provided during the ordering process, just before finalizing your purchase.
