In accordance with applicable regulations, a Customer making a distance purchase has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period for the sale of goods expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment containing the goods you ordered. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. Returned goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying the Customer of the intention to withdraw from the contract.
